Manager - Brand, Marketing and PR
Job Description:
About the role
As Manager, Brand, Marketing & PR you build and lead our brand, marketing and PR — establishing the airline in-market, driving bookings through digital, social and traditional channels, and managing our reputation — reporting to the Director, Commercial. You will lead a small, high-productivity team and deliver campaigns whose impact outweighs the budget.
What you'll do
- Build and own the brand and its guidelines, and lead brand, marketing and PR strategy.
- Plan and deliver campaigns across digital, social, web, app and traditional channels to drive demand and bookings.
- Drive social and viral / earned-media campaigns that convert awareness into sales — prioritising bookings over vanity metrics like follower counts, with impact that outweighs the budget.
- Develop B2B and stakeholder communications for Oil & Gas corporate clients and government partners, and demand-stimulation campaigns that open under-served regional cities and small airports.
- Manage PR and reputation, own the marketing budget, and measure performance (CAC, ROAS, reach) using data-driven tools.
What you'll bring
- Proven brand, marketing and PR leadership, ideally with a regional operator or in travel / aviation.
- Strong digital and performance-marketing capability, and new-age, technology-driven, data-led decision-making.
- A track record of high-impact social and viral campaigns that convert awareness into sales — outcomes that outweigh spend, not just follower growth.
- A commercial focus — linking marketing spend to demand and bookings.
- Comfortable leading and building a small, high-productivity team.
What will set you apart
- Experience marketing to corporate / Oil & Gas clients, working with government stakeholders, or stimulating demand in new / under-served markets.
- Airline / travel marketing experience and familiarity with new-age martech and AI content tools; GCC market and Arabic-language marketing (a bonus, not essential).
- Experience launching a brand from the start-up stage.
