About the role

As Specialist, Technical Library you establish and maintain our technical library — the controlled repository of technical publications and manuals — ensuring current, approved documentation is available to engineering, maintenance and operations, reporting to the Head, Engineering & Maintenance.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain the technical library and document-control system for technical publications (AMM, IPC, MEL / CDL, SBs, ADs, CAME / MOE and OEM / regulatory docs).
• Manage revisions, amendments and distribution so only current, approved versions are in use.
• Track publication currency and OEM / regulatory updates, coordinating with CAMO, maintenance and operations.
• Maintain records and access control, and support audits and CAA oversight.
• Operate and optimise the electronic technical-records / library system.

What you'll bring

• Experience in technical records / technical library / document control in an airline, CAMO or MRO, ideally regional.
• Knowledge of aircraft technical publications (AMM, IPC, MEL, SB / AD) and revision / document-control processes.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong systems and records discipline.
• Familiarity with electronic document-management / technical-records systems.

What will set you apart

• Turbo-prop (e.g. ATR) documentation experience and Middle East / GCC exposure.
• Experience standing up a technical library for a new AOC / start-up.
• An understanding of continuing-airworthiness requirements.
