About the role

As Director, Flight Operations you hold full accountability for our flight operation and crew training function, acting as the CAA-nominated post holder for both Flight Operations and Crew Training. You will set our operational standards, lead the teams, and build a strong safety culture from the start-up phase.

What you'll do

• Own all flight operations under our AOC, in compliance with CAR OPS-1 and the Operations Manual.
• Build and lead crew training and checking — flight and cabin crew, including CRM and human factors — and maintain the training standards and manuals.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and embed safe operating practices and just culture.

What you'll bring

• A valid ATPL for the ATR family, issued or validated by the Oman CAA.
• A current TRI rating on the ATR72-600 (or an approvable equivalent).
• Five+ years' relevant experience, including two+ in a senior operational management role in aviation.
• A track record leading flight ops teams and running crew training and checking programmes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial air transport regulations, AOC Ops Specs, the Operations Manual, QMS/SMS, FTL and FDAP.
