About the role

As Manager, Supply Chain you build and run our aircraft spares supply chain — sourcing, stocking and moving critical parts and rotables — so the fleet stays serviceable with minimal AOG risk and disciplined cost, reporting to the Head, Engineering & Maintenance and leading a small, high-productivity team.

What you'll do

• Set up and run the spares supply chain — procurement, inventory, stores, rotable management and logistics for critical parts.
• Manage AOG response and critical-parts sourcing to minimise aircraft-on-ground time.
• Set stocking policy, min / max levels and initial provisioning for the ATR fleet, balancing serviceability and cost.
• Manage suppliers, OEMs, pooling / exchange programmes and customs / import logistics.
• Ensure parts traceability, certification (EASA Form 1 or equivalent) and quality per airworthiness requirements.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in aircraft spares / MRO supply chain, procurement or logistics, ideally with a regional operator.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, rotable management, AOG logistics and parts traceability / certification.
• Command of inventory / supply-chain systems and new-age, data-driven decision-making.
• Commercially sharp on stocking policy, cost and supplier management.
• Comfortable building and leading a small, high-productivity team.

What will set you apart

• Turbo-prop (e.g. ATR) spares and initial-provisioning experience.
• Middle East / GCC logistics and customs experience; support for remote / small-airport operations.
• Experience with pooling / exchange programmes and AOG desks.
