Manager - Revenue Management and Pricing
Job Description:
About the role
As Manager, Revenue Management & Pricing you own how we price and fill the aircraft — fares, inventory, yield and the revenue model — reporting to the Director, Commercial. You will run a small, high-productivity team and use new-age, data-driven tools to maximise revenue across the network, including specialised demand from Oil & Gas charter, government-subsidised routes and new markets.
What you'll do
- Set and manage pricing strategy, fare structures and seat inventory across the network to maximise revenue and yield.
- Build and run revenue-management processes and the revenue model — demand forecasting, inventory optimisation and overbooking policy.
- Build pricing and revenue cases for Oil & Gas corporate / charter demand, government-subsidised routes, and new markets at small airports not yet serving a commercial market.
- Monitor market, competitor and booking data and adjust pricing dynamically using new-age, data-driven tools.
- Define and track revenue KPIs (RASK, load factor, yield) and align pricing with network, distribution and marketing.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in airline pricing and revenue management, ideally with a regional operator.
- Strong command of revenue-management systems and pricing tools, and new-age, technology-driven, data-led decision-making.
- Analytical, numerate and commercially sharp — turning booking and market data into pricing action.
- A track record of defining and delivering revenue and yield targets.
- Comfortable leading and building a small, high-productivity team.
What will set you apart
- Experience pricing charter / corporate (e.g. Oil & Gas) traffic, PSO / subsidised routes, or new and under-served markets.
- Experience with PSS revenue-management modules and modern analytics / AI tools; knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market (a bonus, not essential).
- Experience standing up a revenue-management function from the start-up stage.
